About The Masiello Group:

For more than 25 years, The Masiello Group has served the real estate needs of individuals and businesses in southern New Hampshire with a continually growing network of offices. While we are a forward-thinking organization, we enjoy the strength that comes from a long and productive history.

The Masiello Group’s origins stem from the 1960s, when James Masiello formed The Masiello Agency in Keene, New Hampshire, to provide area businesses and individuals with a wide range of insurance products. It was a natural extension of this endeavor to expand the company into the real estate business, and The Masiello Agency did just that in the mid-1970s.

Christopher J. Masiello, who earned his real estate license at the age of 19, joined his father James’ company in 1981. He became sales manager of their one office in 1986. That same year, the company’s name was changed to The Masiello Group. The organization continued to grow, and at one time included the Monadnock region’s largest home building and development companies.

In 1992, Chris Masiello teamed up with Edward J. Buczynski to purchase Keene Elliot REALTORS®, based in Nashua. Ed had been general manager with Keene Elliot for seven years, and now The Masiello Group had a stronghold in the thriving greater Nashua area.

In the years following, The Masiello Group continued to grow through mergers, acquisitions, and the opening of new offices. An office was opened in Peterborough, which in 18 months became the number one real estate company in the Contoocook Valley Board of REALTORS®. The former BeeBe Real Estate in Hollis then merged with the Masiello Group, as did Joyce Realty, which was then the greater Nashua area’s most successful new home marketing company. In July of 1994, the Hollis and Nashua offices of Coldwell Banker Valicenti Realty became part of The Masiello Group. These events were the cornerstone to The Masiello Group's successful growth.

Today, as the largest real estate organization in New Hampshire and Southern Maine, The Masiello Group is comprised of offices throughout the southern portion of both states.
